I am excited. I just learned that the Tragesser Pumpkin Farm will be opening, next weekend (September 23rd, 2017). My family loves to visit Tragessers’ to get our fill of high quality, low cost pumpkins. This Summer, I read a blog which had a recipe for dehydrated pumpkin snacks, and I think I might try to make some. I will let you know if they turn out as good as they were touted to be.
In the meantime, it is now tomato season at our Indiana garden, and I am busy making pasta sauce, salsa, and hot sauce, among other delicious goodies. I will keep you updated!
